Important Notice regarding and potential sale of this boat.

Related to Covid 19 and Guernsey   - Dated 17th September 2020

Please be aware that this boat is based in Guernsey.

Guernsey is currently Covid free and the local government and residents wish to keep it that way if possible.

As such the are rigorous travel restrictions to the island including either a business tunnel or self-isolation for between 7 and 14 days.  The business tunnel is currently to cumbersome and expensive for all potential purchasers to date to pursue.

As such the vendors have decided that any sale will be agreed while the boat is based in Guernsey and 100% of purchase funds are in either a client account or paid over to the vendor prior to the boat leaving Guernsey. There will be NO exceptions to this.

As such any inspection, sea trial, survey etc will have to take place in Guernsey by local engineers , surveyors and boat yards at any potential purchasers expense.

The owners have their personal effects on board as still use the boat. The Passerelle is in storage and they have decided not to remove personal effects , load or refit the passerelle or let the boat leave the island until a deal is complete.

We have had several acceptable offers on this boat but they have all included the boat being moved to the UK prior to completion.

With the recent resurgence in covid 19 the vendors are un prepared to have a boat in the UK where they would be unable to use it, maintain it but be paying for moorings both here in Guernsey and also in the UK.

At the time of writing it is looking possible that the UK may go back to a total lockdown once again.

If you can arrange an engine test and survey locally we can arrange viewing on a remote pontoon in Guernsey but you will have to travel to Guernsey on another private vessel.

This was a difficult decision but the owners still love and use this boat and this decision has been made and will stand until matters with Covid 19 become more stable.  Do not ask for additional information about this boat unless you are prepared to comply with the above.  Thank you.
